It has currently 1209 branches across world with 80,100employees, which serves 18 million clients (Royal Bank of canada, 2013). RBC has its vision, mission and future goals, which makes them the leading financial institute. According to Gordon Nixon, President and CEO We grow as individuals and as an organization by respecting and leveraging our similarities and differences. Drawing upon the resources of our businesses, geographies, markets and people, we generate ideas and solutions that break new ground. RBC is one of the leading financial institutes in diversity, which offers personal and business banking, investment, insurance and wealth management services. To keep company diverse is one of the most important values for their executives. For RBC diversity does not mean just hiring people with different gender, ethnicity, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, education, religion and other dimensions, but also provide respect, appreciation and protection against any type of discrimination at work place. Another most important key factor for the success of RBC is Inclusion. Inclusion shows the culture and policies of an organization. It means “recognizing the needs of each individual and ensuring the right conditions are in place so that each person has the opportunity to achieve his or her full potential (Diversity Blueprint 2012-2015, 2012). If the employees are provided with great working environment, it results in positive outcome.
